Chance Henritzy, LMT

Chance is a talented and attentive licensed massage therapist with almost a decade of hands-on experience, varying from medical environments to private practice. He’s honed his skills to focus on deep tissue techniques that help correct postural imbalances, relieve chronic tension, and support overall wellness.
He pays special attention to the psoas and iliacus muscles, which are deep core muscles often holding tension in sedentary and athletic individuals. By working on these key areas, Chance assists clients in finding relief from low back pain, hip discomfort, and limited mobility.
Whether working with athletes, office workers, or those recovering from injuries, Chance combines a detailed knowledge of anatomy with gentle, intuitive touch. His approach is careful and compassionate, and he strongly respects the body’s ability to adapt and heal.
Chance brings his expertise and a fresh perspective shaped by his recovery journey. After recovering from a shoulder injury from a snowboarding accident, which required a lengthy healing process, Chance took a mindful pause from active practice to focus on his recovery. During this time, he gradually restored joint stability through acupuncture, physical therapy, and gentle strength training, returning to the active lifestyle he loves. This experience gave him a more profound, personal understanding of injury, recovery, and resilience—insights that now guide his work with every client.
He is particularly interested in Structural Integration and fascinated by how postural alignment and connective tissue work can foster lasting, functional change. Outside work, he enjoys jiujitsu, snowboarding, baking, and gardening.
