Chiropractic Care in Portland, OR
Gentle, sports-focused chiropractic in Johns Landing, now with Dr. Sean Conte, DC
Move better, hurt less, and get back to what you love
Chiropractic care helps restore healthy motion to your spine and joints so you can run, lift, work, and sleep without pain or worry. When your joints, muscles, and fascia move well together, the stress on your body drops, movement feels smoother, and you can handle more without getting hurt.
At Attunement Wellness, chiropractic is part of an integrative, sports-focused team. Your chiropractor works side by side with Dr. Dani’s acupuncture and dry needling and our sports massage therapists, so your care is coordinated under one roof.

What to expect at your first visit
1. Listen and assess. We start with your history and goals, then check posture, movement, and the joints and muscles involved.
2. Gentle, hands-on care. Diversified adjustments (never forced), plus soft tissue work such as Adhesion Breaker myofascial release (IASTM) and therapeutic ultrasound when it helps.
3. Rehab you can do at home. Carefully selected exercises re-train your movement patterns so results hold between visits.
One picks up where the other leaves off, always moving you steadily toward your goal.
In-office care and home exercises build on each other.

Meet Your Chiropractor: Dr. Sean Conte, DC
Dr. Sean Conte is a licensed Oregon chiropractor whose work centers on sports injuries, whiplash, and recovery after car accidents. A former personal trainer and a runner himself, he pairs gentle adjustments with soft tissue work and targeted rehab, so you leave stronger, not just feeling better for a day. His schedule fills quickly, so book ahead. Read Dr. Sean’s full bio.
Car Accident and Whiplash Care
Whiplash and other auto injuries don’t always show up right away. Stiffness, headaches, and low back pain can build over the days after a crash. Dr. Sean has extensive experience with auto injury care and documentation, and Attunement bills your auto insurance Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claim directly, so you can focus on recovery. Call or text us with your claim number and we’ll take it from there.
Insurance and Pricing
We’re finalizing in-network chiropractic billing with major Oregon health plans now. Call or text 503-206-0300 and we’ll check your benefits before your first visit. Auto accident (PIP) claims are billed directly, and self-pay patients are always welcome.
Chiropractic FAQs
Do adjustments hurt?
Most people feel relief, not pain. Dr. Sean’s style is gentle and he never forces an adjustment. If you prefer not to be adjusted in a certain area, we use soft tissue work and exercise instead.
Do I need a referral?
No. In Oregon you can see a chiropractor directly. Some insurance plans have their own rules, so we’ll check your benefits for you.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your goals and how long the problem has been there. You’ll get a clear plan at your first visit, and home exercises help you need fewer visits.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, like athletic wear.
Can I combine chiropractic with acupuncture or massage?
Yes, and many patients do. Our providers share notes and coordinate care, and you can add Recovery Room LED light therapy after your visit.
